Since upgrading to 11.02 for a couple of sites we maintain we've been unable to use the product search on the live site using the product reference - it just keeps coming up with no results.
I've been through all of the help to make sure the settings are correct (although they've not been changed in years). Compacted. Refreshed.
Has anyone else come across this problem?
