New Laptop - Transferring Actinic

Hi,

I'm getting a new laptop to run Actinic Business on and the site 1 folder is on a NAS drive. Can I simply download Actinic Business to the new laptop, use my existing licence code and 'point' it to Site 1 folder on the NAS drive.
Or is it not as straightforward?
