Since migrating to Windows 7 and V11, I've been plagued with various issues, most of which I've been able to resolve, except this one (and other, but that's another story for another day - crashes when looking up products in marketing lists or new order form).
Basically, I have order downloads set for 1 hour and sometimes, I get the error:
"An error occurred copying C:\.....\site1\newaddress.fil to C......\site1\fulladdress.fil. Access is denied.".
(I get this for fulluser and fulladdress).
Initially, site1 was readonly, so I switched that off. Then I noticed that there as no fulladdress.fil so I just copied one from newaddress.fil and the same for fulluser.fil. However, I still get the messages and the files have disappeared again (I'm guessing it deletes the file before attempting to copy it). There are fullaccount and fullbuyer files, though, with today's date and time, so it's unlikely to be a pure privileges issue.
Does anyone have any ideas?
