Price format changing when logged in

We have just set up customer accounts today, only hick up I have encountered is that when you are logged in all prices change from simply the price to the vat free price with the cost inc vat in brackets next to it! We have the site set up so that all prices entered include vat and I have checked that this is still the case in business settings.

The prices are correct when not logged in and the "price including vat" when you are logged in. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, still a slight issue. We currently have our prices set up so they go red if a separate RRP price has been added. I can't seem to find a way to do this as the only way to edit the customer prices seems to be through Library>Layouts>Prices for Customer Accounts

Am I just missing something? I found the following thread :

Although it doesn't seem to help my issue! Ideally I want the layout to be identical for logged in customers as when they are logged out, we are not offering any better value for being logged in it is just to make their checkout quicker! The layout used for non customers is not an option for customers! Very frustrating!
