I am working with discounts for the first time. The product group has been set up. In the cart contents tab I have properties enabled based on quantity. Trigger: 2. The Reward Type is % off and after trial and error found the Reward Amount has to be set on 25.0 otherwise the 2nd one is not half price.
It seems to work fine (not uploaded yet) when ordering even quantities. Six for example, can be ordered and the correct discount is taken. The problem is with odd quantities. If a customer orders 3, then it should be the first 2 (1 + 1 at half price) + 1 at full price. But SellerDeck adds a bit more discount and comes up with the wrong price.
Have I set this up wrong? I assume I cannot force this product group to be ordered in even numbers? Most of the time it should be fine but there is bound to be a customer to order 3 or so.
I would appreciate knowing how this is done please.
