Hi,
We've recently noticed a problem with shipping charges on our orders. We have set our shipping zones and prices, and these are appearing correctly under the business settings, however, we've recently noticed that on some orders under the 'shipping and handling' tab, that the 'Original, Calculated, Current' charges differ.
For example, a customer of ours selected the following,
Zone: Rest of EU
Class: Europe Courier (1-3 day)
Quantity: 1
Charge: £25.00
This is correct. But if we look at the original shipping charge it reads £12, the calculated reads £25, and the current reads £12. After looking at the totals the customer has in fact only paid £12.
What could be causing this issue? We have 1 other shipment zone/class at a charge of £12, but this wasn't what the customer had selected. Could this be being pulled across incorrectly somehow?
Or could the customer be selecting the £12 shipping option and the wrong one then being pulled onto the order?
Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!
