Updating Price Permutations in Access

Hi I would really like to be able to retrieve all my price permutations for each product (we have 3 or 4 per product) in access so I can update the text displayed on the price permutation, toggle the valid field and change the price. An example product is

I have looked through the postings but cant seem to locate any SQL or table definitions. I would be very grateful if some kind person could let me have something that approximates to pulling out this information.
