I followed all the instructions - took a snapshot, suspended the catalog, downloaded 11.06 PIDC and... nothing. When I try to publish, the whole site just disappears from the screen after a few seconds, same if I try to refresh. No error message. After downloading the update it flashes up the attached message about scripts.
To make matters worse, it won't accept the shapshot that I took - goes through all the motions, but then at the end it doesn't seem to have reverted back to the old settings still says V11.06.PIDC in About, and still won't refresh/publish.
I'm now stuck with a suspended catalog - please can anybody help ???
