I am nearly complete on my site (just to add the bloody products now
). I am starting to look at the back end stuff.
Whats the best modifications you have in your invoices/emails etc to add value and get the customer coming back?
I was thinking (if its possible) that an also bought or related products on the invoice/reciept would be good, or a key that another customer could use for a discount... what do you find works?
