sidebar titles are white

Hi again,

My products section, main pages, and new products in the sidebar dissapeared. Only show up when I highlight them. I have a white backround.

I presume you are referring to this site:

In your css file I see your H1 and .text_breadcrumbs have colour set to #FFFFFF. Making it white on white.

You must have white text then also, so change it in the advanced themes configuration, where you can select the colours you would like for various elements on the page.

LOL, I need to learn how to use breadcrumbs. The only thing i now use them for is for making chicken parmagiana!!

When I changed the backround to blue in the header, the section names for the sidebar are blue. I cant seem to find out how to change the main menu text different from the header color.

Post a screen grab of your colours from the theme window. Have you manually made any changes to your css files?
