Components showing but not adding to cart

Hi,

I have an issue where some of my components do not appear to add to cart eg on http://www.designtoplease.co.uk/acat...ice_racks.html

whilst others work fine eg
http://www.designtoplease.co.uk/acat...stem_info.html

Does anyone know why this might be?
