Include/Exclude VAT Problem

When I select "No Layout" for "Price Layout" it gets rid of the price completely. All I want is to lose both "Including VAT" and "Excluding VAT" from the price. So it JUST shows the product and the price.

Also, If I choose "Excluding VAT", it shows the product as "Including VAT"??

Any Ideas?
