    Shipping Cost Problems

I am having a problem with the shipping costs on my website:

Basically we have Alloy Wheels shipping costs setup at £30, Tyres setup at £20, and Wheel Spacers setup at £10 for 1 pair, or £15 for 2 pairs.

When i go and add a set of Alloy Wheels to the basket, and choose location UK, this selects the right shipping cost for me. However when i remove the Alloy Wheels item from the basket and say choose a Tyre to be added to the basket, it remembers the shipping cost for the Alloy Wheels.

Currently my products are setup in certain weights to determine the shipping cost, as i said works fine when u add the first one to the basket.

    Is there anyway around this?

    THANKS
    BARRY

Barry, this is only a problem for you as you've already started to go through the checkout with the wheels at which point actinic has added the correct shipping charge into the basket.

Actinic won't change the shipping charge if you go back and change things until you go through the checkout again. It will correct the charge once you go through checkout though.

More worrying, for me, was that I added some wheels and started checking out only to see I was being charged £12.77 + VAT for shipping as 'Wheel Spacers'.
