Hi all
I've installed a multi info patch from Drillpine to get a drop down form when a customer ticks the component box, but stays hidden if they don't want the optional extra, which works fine. However the form questions are showing up in the basket even when they have not selected this option and Drillpine kindly gave me another Orders.pm file to help correct it and it managed to stop the form from showing in the basket when not selected. However, when you tried to checkout it came up with the following error message and wouldn't let you check out:-
'Internal server encountered an error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.'
My hosting company say it is not an error with their servers but sounds like a scripting error or something. Has anyone who's used the patch come across this before and if so how did you resolve it (if you did)?
(Im using Actinic catalog V8.5.1HIZA).
Any help would be appreciated as it's been one of those months!
