I've already contact Actinic about this issue it has been added to the wishlist.
I have already added this to the forum wishlist which I'll link to here for the sake of brevity, however I noticed there has been no feedback to my query and I thought it useful to bring into main forum area for discussion in case anyone else can add anything further.
Issue:
For Actinic users using VAT pricing you cannot replicate a retail store voucher/coupon/discount of, for example, £10 by simply entering £10 into the cart level discount amount field in Actinic.
You have to enter the ex VAT discount amount e.g. £8.51
There may be people out there potentially mis-calculating discounted orders which may in turn cause other accountancy/VAT knock-on problems.
I appreciate, there will be many that it does not really effect directly, or that are not aware of this problem!
I really hope someone can shed some light on this, or better yet, show me I'm mistaken or that there is a workaround.
