We have been noticing problems within the Sage Line 50 (version 2009) Sales Orders (SOP).
When performing a back-up, Sage crashes at the point of checking the SOP section.
Upon further investigation we noticed this only occurs when we delete completed sales orders before backing up.
It also occurred with Sage 50 version 2008 but now the crash is increasingly more difficult to restart, everything seems to lock up.
Interestingly, although the back up fails, when we import a new order from Actinic and run the back-up again all is okay.
Although this seems to be more of a Sage issue than Actinic, I was wondering if anyone had experienced similar problems?
Many thanks,
John
