On page 3 of the Shopping Cart (V9), we capture the Customer's Email address and also a User Defined Field value, namely 'May we please email you occasionally with new products/special offers - it uses a radio button for 'Yes Please' or 'No Thanks'.
We need to pass both these field names and values to another program (an opt-in email program caller Aweber.
Can anyone advise me please on how to do this? I guess it means amending OrderScript.pl but that looks horrific - or it might be simpler to use some Java
Script programming to handle it.
I would be grateful if anyone has any good ideas - or better still a bit of code.
