Hi, done a quick search but have not found any answer on this question. We are currently running v9.03 Business Plus MU, we have 3 licences, main one and two additional users.
I initially set up three names users plus the original Administrator, giving two of the named users admin rights, last one for processing only. Of course this is more than the number of licences we have but there will only be a maximum of 3 using it at any one time depending who was in the office.
First three could log in not the last user.
So my question is the number of licences limit the number of users? If not why can’t I get the last user logged in even when no other one is being used? Ideally you should be able to have many users, as in our case we have more possible users but only three PCs to run the software on and only three licences.
Can anyone shed light on this thanks Mash
