I have searched through the forum and come across many broken links in the results to this search and cannot find an answer.
I have a customer variable for each product, manufacturer. I have created a search dropdown list for this and it searches fine. I want to be able to display the manufacturer field in the results as well but when I insert the variable on the results page the uploaded html page has no test shwoing the manufaturer.
I have already implemented the SearchScript.pl change to include the part number in the results in order to link to the extended info page and was wondering if the Perl file needed to be edited to acheive this too.
I have also tried the Properties option from the Search Settings | results | Display Options and yes it does show the Manufacturer but I cannot find out how to change the layout for this as it puts a colon before and a carriage return after the variable result.
