    Creating a Customer Hierarchy Import File

    Not sure if anyone would find this useful, but I didn't like the idea of manually typing out the text csv file for customer info and couldn't find a thread about it. Reading the help files it seemed faster to manually create the customer accounts looking at the structure of the file in the 'Common' folder. However, I found a faster way, by creating a mail merge in Word, and used a flat file spreadsheet to contain the info of customer and added few extra columns in for buyer, etc.. This probably only works if you only have one Buyer, one Company, but when you have about 2500 clients to import, its worth using mail merge. Hint: You need to add the header info after you create the merged document. Then save the merged word document as a txt file.
