I want to change the default emails which are used when shipping an order, acknowledging payment etc. I can easily change the content in the various layouts, but the library will not let me rename the layout titles.
So I made copies of each layout and changed the names and set these as the defaults in site options. Or so I thought, BUT Actinic knows better!!
It still gives me the original default emails when I ship an order, etc., not the ones specified in Site Options.
"Order Shipped Email" is so naff. Any ideas how to change this??
