I'm moving my site from an XP to a Vista PC, and trying to set up ActinicLink for Sage. Everything seemed to be going okay until it came to setting up the transaction types. These should appear automatically in a drop-down under 'payment method'. But the field is blank.
I've spoken to Actinic and they couldn't solve the problem. They advised uninstalling and reinstalling ActinicLink for Sage, but it made no difference.
I just wondered whether anyone else has encountered this problem.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
