Can anyone help me with problem that i've been unable to solve?
We have minium order value of $20.00 on one of our sites, our agent has a code that allows him a 100% discount. This lets him take return items in the US and the re-order on the customers behalf through the website with a zero value.
We recently had the site rebuilt though its still in the same version of actinic, and the person that did the work asures me that no changes were made in that respect. before the upgrade it worked perfectly well, but now if you enter the relivant code and click checkout you get an error messagage saying your cart value is below the minium value of $20.00.
We don't want to have minium order value of $0.00
I would set up an account for the agent as has been suggested, with payment method (Pay by Cheque) this would work, but it wont let you add the full details of the customer and the recipt email seems to only be sent to account holder, in this case the agent.
I've also tried deleting the discount and re-creating it, this doesn't work either, sadly.
Is there a setting somewhere that I have missed?
