hello folks and happy new year!
i mailed a couple of customers the other day regarding orders i had in 'pending payment service provider' (that i assumed were there as they had not yet entered information/ card details) and mailed to ask if there was a problem they had encountered/ or if they had changed their minds just to find out why they may have decided not to go through with it. they have both mailed back to say they had placed the orders, paid, and received confirmation emails?
normally when i've processed/downloaded the orders they've gone straight into 'pending' and i've just commited them - but not these? there is no commit button accessible as it's greyed out, but when i've logged into actinic payments they are there but uncommited and i can commit them from there? why is this?
they've both commited fine but i haven't come across this before and it's thrown me! i don't understand why they haven't come through so i can commit them when we have it set up as the pre-authorise method rather than the payment being taken in full at the time, sorry cant remember the term for that !
thank you
