Actinic hyperlink

This is a stupid question but.....

I removed the footer actinic.co.uk link on a couple of sites, and now I'm going the 3rd I can't figure out where the heck the tick box is.

Trying a search on the forum for actinic link brings up all the wrong answer.

Could you tell me where the tick box is?

Just found the setting to remove the logo, but a text link still remains even though enabled is unticked.
