I have put my products into a group called August.
In the cart contents area of the discounts I have created a discount with the following details:
Enabled (Obv)
Based on: Value Inc Actual Tax
Trigger: £3
Requires Coupon Code: AUGUSTCODE
Product Group: August
Reward type: £ OFF
Reward amount: £3
Only one reward per group is not checked
When I use the code on a product that is for example £38.50 - the discount it is giving is £36.00 (£30.64 before VAT)
Am I going about this wrong? I basically want to allow anyone who orders any of the products in the group 'August' to get £3 off each product. Is this possible?
Edit: Oddly on the website when the code is in and the above error is happening it says "Save £3.00 on August products by spending £0.50 more." I don't know where it is getting the £0.50 from...
