Has anyone experienced the below problem? Is it perhaps a bug in version 9.0.5?
Our site is www.workwearhouse.co.uk
A shopper can enter a discount code and the shopping cart updates with the discount as intended.
However, when the shopper clicks checkout now, the discount is no longer there (we have the shopping cart appearing on each page of the checkout, so you'll see the fact that the discount gets removed from the order).
For those of you that would like to try this, one discount code you can use is gd010 (which will apply a 10% discount).
As a workaround, we have had to add the discount voucher field to the checkout to allow our shoppers to enter their voucher code successfully.
The above worked fine when the website used version 7. The problem seems to have started since we upgraded to version 9.
