Prices on our site are input exclusive of VAT. However, some products when added to the basket show a different price.
for example, something that displays as £325.00 (input price £276.60) shows up in the basket as £260.87, VAT £39.13, Total £300.00
the tax appears to be the old 15% rate levied on an old price, however the business settings are 17.5% and the products have the new price input.
this only happens in a couple of sections, and yet I can't see that they have any different settings from the majority of the site which is working correctly.
any ideas what is going on?
