how can I block ip address from other countries

I have notice that I am getting alot of unwanted traffic from countries like Russia and India. I know they are trying to steal the data from our sites. They use differnt IP address but all comming from those countries.
How can I block all countries except USA that is the only place I sell anyway.

What will happen to search engine once I block all the other countries IP?
