Adding Carbon Copy To MailForm.pl

Hi does anyone know what code to insert into MailForm.pl and where to allow a hard coded Carbon Copy (cc) and more importantly Blind Carbon Copy(bcc) to be sent when the contact email form is used. Many thanks.
