We had a problem with V9.0.5 and had to import backup snapshot a few days old but could keep orders so no problem so we thought
We had also deleted a large number of old orders that had been cancelled as no stock available at time
We now find it crashes if I try to go into Help/ troubleshoot with DMP error
But checking moto orders we find that actinic is reusing the deleted moto order numbers so for instance on just moto orders we have last few digits 10903 (last good record) then, 10664, 10666,10671 ( all numbers which have already been used
To late to get support to look at it
I do have access if that helps but would like to get numbers back to proper sequence if possible but no understanding of the actinic access tables
Have obviously tried a couple of compacts etc
