Hello - having a multi site licence we use a duplicate of our main site as a 'sample site' so that we can order samples of our product internally for free after logging. After a new site import last week we can no longer order items for free. I have tried to set up a coupon code to take 100% off (hasn't worked as yet) but ideally I want to revert back to having an internal account that allows us to order prodcut for free. We still have a user account on this site but there must be a glitch somewhere. Might anyone have a flow chart of how to set up an account where items can be free when logged in? Thank you.
