We seem to have a strange problem on http://www.scottishgifts4u.co.uk/
A few of our orders are disappearing from the completed order section of the programming. I found this when I decided to manually add up one month of the printed data entry copies we have filed away and when I compared it with the sales analysis you can imagine my surprise when they didn't tally up!!
Much head scratching later we can't figure out why they disappear, they have obviously been there because we have hard copies of them and the orders have gone out but the record of them in the programme has gone. We can't see any difference between them and the ones that are still there and we certainly haven't manually deleted them.
Anybody got any ideas ?
