I use VAT inclusive prices on my site but regularly get trade orders that I currently create offline and obviously quote the prices to them as VAT exclusive prices. Am I right in assuming that when creating the offline order I need to manually work out the VAT amount and then enter the total VAT inclusive price and that there are no easy work-arounds to be able to enter them as VAT exclusive.
I guess for regular trade customers it's not much of a problem if I use the pricing for customer groups and remember to switch from VAT inclusive invoice to VAY exclusive invoice to get the full VAT invoice.
