Contact Page a Mess

Its seems my Contact page has suddenly become a mess in CHROME, have tested in Explorer and that still looks OK.

Made a couple of changes recently including the social media buttons, but I tested after each and it seemed OK.

The change to a mess seemed to happen a good while after any change had been uploaded.

If any one can offer any help that would be greatly appreciated:

The issue can happen when going directly to a cgi-bin link. You could try clearing your browser cache.

Back again, just had a late night worry....

So for clarification:

If I link directly to that page from web directory's, Google Ad Words etc.. That would be a big mistake?

and I should create a simple Contact Me page as I would any other?

So whats the point of the cgi contact us page as supplied by defualt?
