No receipt / order confirmation with PayPal

How can I get Actinic v9 to send the customers an order confirmation once they have checked out and paid using PayPal? Obviously they get the PayPal receipt email from PayPal, but that's it - nothing from Actinc, even if they return to the store and click on the 'Done' button on the receipt page.

Is there anything that can be done or any settings I need to change?
