Restrict Delivery Postcode To A Defined List

I'm looking at restricting delivery to a number of postcodes local to us.

Has anyone achieved this before?

Is this possible with PostCodeAnywhere/Loquate?

I suspect JavaScript will be my friend here..... but JS is not my first language!
