Grateful for some guidance.
For ease of use we've had free shipping on all orders over £15. Simple to set up and the customers love it.
Heavy items are sent via courier and small stuff via royal mail; we decide which; the customers have no options.
Our courier is now introducing higher charges for parts of the UK (Highlands, NI, Scottish Islands). This affects only the heavy items as we will still send small stuff via mail.
Therefore, I'd like to keep it the simple set up (£15+ is free) for most customers but for our Scottish & NI friends a simple option to increase postage on heavy items only.
Any ideas?
