Affiliate program for international sales

I've set up a site for a client that's attracting international sales (product is an ebook) and they want to run an affilliate program that's familiar to US businesses aswell as UK ones.

Can anyone recommend any options - we've seen Clickbank from the States and Affiliate Future/Window in the UK but aren't sure which are the best to go for international affiliates.
