Shipping - UK and Outside

Hi,

We are selling products mainly in the UK but also to Europe and US.

We would like to offer our UK based customers free postage over a certain order value.
The problem is that if you set the free delivery over tab then this includes overseas as well.

We tried not defining shipping for EU and US and setting a default postage cost, but this didn't work.

We use total weight as our shipping basis, simply because this is how royal mail work out their charges.

Any help would be great.
