Renewal Automatic payment?

Hi Actinic,

I telephoned you last week to say that I did not want to continue with the subscription due to change on 29th July but no-one has confirmed this with me at all? I don't even remember taking out this subscription last year?

Can you make sure someone emails me because the forms say there is an 'automatic renewal' and you should be informed before 15th July or I will be billed.
