I download CC details for processing using a PDQ machine. However, my CC details have started to randomly disappear. First it was very seldomly and now it is too often, at least once every 2 weeks so it's really starting to annoy me.
Firstly the card type disappears so when I reselect one from the pulldown menu, the card numbers appear again but the CVV2 number doesn't. This means I have to contact all my customers via email for this number, which most of them then become reluctant to provide so cancel the order.
I saw a thread on this before but can't find it now.
Any suggestions please?

Yes, i've done the deleting and refreshing thing, but it's only a temp fix.
