    AC7-561 - Exact nature of fix

    The 'Custom Email Template' together with the 'Buyer' and 'Administrative Contact' email templates now work correctly when sent from the desktop. [AC7-561]

    I've pulled this from the 7.0.6 list of fixes and would like to have a bit more information / detail on this fix if possible.

    I currently have a problem where I cannot manually send an email to a customer from within the customer account properties but all the automated email responses are still working. No obvious error messages are shown.

    I haven't had the need to upgrade from 7.0.2 as up until now I haven't had any issues such as this before. P.S. I don't subscribe to the Ms view where one installs patches whether they are applicable or not. It wasn't broken until now so why fix it!

    This issue was to do with the display of the custom emails in the interface showing variables rather than the order information so is not the same as the issue you have.

    No obvious error messages are shown.
    So what happens?
