I wanted to post this to the Actinic Link section but it seems I am not allowed for whatever reason.
We have just upgraded Sage (or Rage as I like to call it) to version 2009.
I have upgraded the Actinic Link to version 2.41IKBA. I can pull stock information from Sage using SageToActinic, but sending orders to Sage gives me the message Processing CSV files, the cpu runs at 100% and it takes about 30 minutes to transfer 3 orders. Selecting Edit Profile in ActinicToSage takes an age to connect.
I have followed the advice in the documentation Appendix C which calls for loading SDO150 and the creation of the necessary directories for XP. I couldn't however find the sdoeng.usr file mentioned in the Sage product directory. This file did exist on the remote pc though after SDO150 was loaded.
The data, when it loads into Sage appears correct but it's unuseable at the moment. With each order taking ten minutes to load it's quicker to retype everything in! However, with over 100 orders a day we just cannot afford to do this.
Any quick advice would be most welcome.
Thanks
AJ
