Script errors

I am a new user of Actinic (and of your forum) and I have hit a couple of problems that may be related. My Actinic supplier, Pinbrook, have been unable to help. I am currently set up with Protx in test mode. I put an order through on my credit card but after clicking on ‘Done’ on the Confirmation of Order screen I got :

File Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server

The URL in the Address box at the top of the Explorer screen was:
http://www.choicesembroidery.co.uk/a...2findex%2ehtml

??

The second problem happens after using the form for sending an email from the site. After clicking on ‘Send’, I get the screen

A General Script Error Occurred
Error: There is no valid input parameters for the script! Check the referencing HTML code!
Press the Browser back button and try again or contact the site owner

In the Address window of Explorer is
http://www.choicesembroidery.co.uk/cgi-bin/ca000001.pl

Pinbrook have checked the scripts I am using and found them OK.

if you do a search for "There is no valid input parameters for the script! Check the referencing HTML code! "

you will find several threads with the answer to this problem, you will have to check your FORM tags , I expect one encompasses the search script
