I wonder if any other worldpay users are having a similar problem to us. When some of our customers (but not all) get to the payment page for Worldpay it closes the entire browser down - no error message.
Ever since they updated their payment pages we have had this happen on a few occasions and more people than normal abandoning orders after repeated attempts to make payment.
I have contacted several customers and can't find anything common, i.e Norton Firewall, operating system etc.
I can't recreate the problem and neither can Worldpay
I spoke to Worldpay and after a bit of debate they are now suggesting that some users could be infected with a virus.
Any thoughts??
