Handling Charges by Zone for Shipping

Some help please,

I wish to charge different Handling Charges for the Shipping Zones I have created.
eg I need to charge more for orderes despatched to the USA from the UK as there is an additional level of work required to conform to USA FDA requirements.

When I edit handling charges at an individual zone level it changes all of the zone handling charges to be the same.

Sounds strange to me??

Hi Geoff,

I'm afraid handling charges are a global charge for all zones and you cannot have different values.

You will need to amend your shipping charges to reflect the additional level of work shipping to the US.

I will add to the wish list to see if we can get this corrected for a future release.
