    Introducing Emergency Support

    Actinic has been busy listening.

    As you may know, every quarter we commission a survey on our support service so that we can learn how we can improve as well as what we do well. One of the things you have been asking for is extended out of hours support, this we guess is because many people work much harder than Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

    From March 1st we are delighted to introduce an emergency out of hours support service which will include weekend and holiday cover. We believe the price point is very attractive and if you are already on Premium or Enterprise support it will be included as part of the service. This is something we’ve been asked to do for some time, and we’re pleased to finally come up with the goods.

    If you already have cover, and wish to upgrade to Premium cover so that you have the emergency out of hours support service, please contact sales on 0845 189 1859 for information.
