1. Live support chat: Chat to a support agent without having to pick up the telephone.
2. Screencast: Record and upload videos of the problem you're experiencing.
Introducing Live support chat
SellerDeck support live chat is now available via our new support centre.
How do I start a live chat with support?
Simply login to the new support centre, click “Submit a request” and you will see live chat buttons on the right hand side of your browser window.

The SellerDeck support centre is exclusive to cover customers and customers using a SellerDeck service such as Payments or Hosting. If you have any problems logging into your support centre account, or wish to add more email addresses to your account, please see the FAQ page below:

When you create a new support ticket via our support centre, you now have the ability to record and upload a video of the problem.
To do this, when creating a new request, click the link “Record a video showing us the problem” to activate the video recording tool.
We hope these two new features will give you a faster and more efficient support service.
