I've had a look at your site and both of my Actinic Sites in Firebug and this is what I've found:

Your Site:

My Sites:

<a class="product_section" href="../index.html">Home</a>

Did you have look at the Design Options that I mentioned?

Design Options

Yes, I looked at the design options, but can't see a problem. Just wish I knew where to get the change to make it ../index.html rather than index.html - in the page settings, I can't have a path.

What was Checked in the Design Options?

I have Brochure on both of mine...
